Job Summary

To provide industry-best technical support on computer-based medical instrumentation. Establish strong relationships with customers, as well as managers and national sales team. This position will be based remotely and responsible for multi-provincial service coverage.

Key Tasks

• Performing annual calibrations of audiology and VNG/ENG equipment at customer sites.
• Performing repairs of audiology and VNG/ENG equipment.
• Creating calibration and service records, as well as updating the ERP/CRM systems.
• Working with customer service to schedule annual calibrations and communicating directly with customers to schedule repairs.
• Always carrying out their service duties for customers in a professional manner.
  

The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications

• Bilingual (French & English) would be an asset
• Graduate of an accredited Electronics Technician/Technologist program
• Minimum (5) five years as a bench electronic technician
• Minimum (3) three years’ experience on the road environment
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows and related core programs
• Demonstrated knowledge of analog & digital electronics
• Strong trouble shooting and exceptional analytical skills
• Possess proven team player skills with the ability to work independently frequently & with confidence
• Strong attention to detail and quality while demonstrating continued pride in their work
• Excellent organizational, record keeping and time management skills
• Possess a valid driver’s license at all times
• Possess a small car which he/she will use on the road
