Bell Media has committed to becoming a leader in local online media advertising. We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Account Manager (DAM) to lead our online sales for Bell Media properties in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. This position is for charismatic, creative, dynamic digital sales experts who enjoy working collaboratively with sales representatives to develop customized advertiser solutions. The successful candidate will be offered the choice of being based in either Regina, Saskatoon or Winnipeg.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all digital sales for Bell Media properties in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
• Champion Bell Media’s digital products, both externally and internally
• Work with the best Account Executives across the Prairies to help grow digital sales with amazing clients in diverse business categories
• Lead marketing and sales meetings, as well as divisional calls, for a large portfolio of industry leading digital marketing products
• Brainstorm ideas to increase digital sales opportunities and continuously provide new ideas/packages to offer sales
• Train and develop new Account Executives, Managers and team members
• Keep on top of latest digital trends, research, and information; assess value to the business
• Be an active participant and leader in all digital training exercises for the benefit of all Account Executives
• Have a superior command of the product capabilities and be able to passionately communicate to any audience
• Produce weekly sales report including actual sales, presell activity, and pending sales
• Ensure successful execution of campaigns including compiling follow up reports
• Create and execute client facing sales presentations in collaboration with Account Executives

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years digital sales experience
• Expert knowledge of Digital Advertising Sales
• Familiarity with multi-platform sales
• Knowledgeable in the metrics of digital media and digital campaign analysis
• Self-starter, outgoing, assertive; great communication skills
• Dynamic presenter
• Highly organized
• Superior interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Comfortable with a strategic selling approach
• Able to develop client proposals using all relevant software programs including Word, Excel, Power Point and related graphics programs

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
