When our clients have questions, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient, flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSRs are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents, you’ll be the go to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

You’re great at:

  • Customer Service

  • Handling high-volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assisting team members

  • Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

You have:

  • Post-Secondary education (College or University)

  • 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Team-first mentality

  • Other Than Life (OTL) License is a definite asset
