Job Description:

Diabsolut seeks a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and proven success with building relationships in an inside sales environment to work with our organization on a full-time basis.

The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating lead referrals from our sales channels by conducting business development activities via Salesforce regional sales teams and other partner relationships. The Business Development Specialist entails tele-prospecting, email and social media outreach, and generating sales referrals for our team of Account Executives.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Execute defined campaign strategy by leveraging tele-prospecting and email follow up
  • Engage in business intelligence gathering to ensure accurate data capture and delivery
  • Prospect, research and identify new partnership opportunities with our sales channels
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing channel partner contacts through creative follow-up communications designed to increase partnership alignment
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified lead conversion and partner introduction meetings
  • Keeps abreast of the products, competition and trends, pertaining to our markets
  • Maintain and expand your database of channel contacts within your assigned territory
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ year’s experience in B2B Business Development or B2B Sales
  • Skilled in Excel, CRM software, online research methods, and databases
  • Must always demonstrate enthusiasm and tremendous work ethic
  • Motivated team player who adapts well to change and can balance competing demands
  • Extraordinary attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills with various Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Experience with MS Dynamics
  • Previous experience working with ERP, CRM and/or FSM
  • Bilingual an asset
