Paramount Cannabis Co. is seeking a Budtender to join our team! We are a small business in Shelburne, ON and need someone who wants to be part of a small team and help people make the best decisions for their health and well-being.

Job Summary:

The Budtender will be responsible for assisting with the retail sales of marijuana products, including product preparation, packaging, and distribution. The Budtender will also maintain a clean and organized work area, wash glassware, stock shelves, and maintain a clean work space.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock product in the retail location
• Clean retail location and inventory product as needed
• Assist with product placement in the retail location, including windows, doors, tables, etc.
• Maintain inventory levels in the retail location as well as the company vehicle.
• Process transactions using tablets and computer software.
• Prepare cannabis products according to brand standards.
• Package products for retail sale according to brand standards.
• Maintain stock levels in inventory area according to brand standards.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned by Manager or HR Manager.
• Cleaning of inventory area according to brand standards.

Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with marijuana preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of drug laws preferred but not required.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $15.50-$19.72 per hour

• Shelburne, ON L9V 2Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Cansell (preferred)
