Attention all talented brow artists and estheticians! The Brow Room is looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join our team.

As a Brow Artist/Esthetician at The Brow Room, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity in shaping and enhancing our clients’ brows. Our studio is known for its expertise in brow shaping and tinting, and we are committed to providing personalized services that exceed our clients’ expectations.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to their craft and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Greet clients and conduct consultations to determine their brow shaping and tinting needs
• Perform brow shaping and tinting services with precision and accuracy
• Recommend and sell retail products to clients to enhance their brow care routine
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in brow shaping and tinting
• Provide Lash Lift & Tint Services, Brow Lamination, Body Waxing and Spray Tans

(Training can be provided)

Requirements:

• Valid esthetician or cosmetology license an asset
• Proven experience in brow shaping and tinting
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using technology and point-of-sale systems
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in brow shaping and tinting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: From $16.50 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hamilton, ON L8P 3A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
