Asset Protection Guard - Greater Toronto Area

Securiguard is a different kind of company. Good work is recognized and rewarded! We never hold anyone back from promotions and opportunities. We are currently seeking to hire and place a number of Asset Protection Guard for a GTA-wide retailer.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Have 2+ years of Uniformed Security experience in a retail, hospital, College, hospitality or public building setting
• Be able and willing to work at different stores in Downtown Core

- Strong communication skills - written, verbal and listening

• Valid Security Guard License
• Demonstrated ability to prepare professional security reports with meticulous detail and grammar

- Willingness to complete all required training modules that include Lawful Subject Restraint, Crisis Management - both of which require annual recertification

• Knowledge of Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)
• Conflict Resolution and De-Escalation skills
• Ability/willingness to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations

Starting Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
