Our Story

Commissionaires BC is a Canadian, not-for-profit security/enforcement organization that has been in business since 1927. Our mandate is to give back to those who served and continue to serve in our communities and country.

Commissionaires together with the Fraser Valley Regional District, provides quality Animal Control/Bylaw Enforcement services throughout the Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Kent, Harrison Hot Springs, and Mission areas. This service is run through the Chilliwack Community Animal Response and Education (C.A.R.E.) Centre.

Whether it’s a lost, stray or impounded dog, our team works hard to provide a loving environment for all animals brought into our care.
