Greek Market Cafe is a growing cafe and restaurant. As an administrative assistant you will be assisting upper management with various tasks and be required to do the following:

- Extract payroll hours

- Calculate weekly pay

- Create spreadsheets and timelines for upper management

- Assist with customer email correspondence

- Answer phones and take messages

- Must be tech savvy and have office experience

- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

- Assist with marketing via social media

- Perform tasks as asked by upper management

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 30 per week

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
