Wage: $38,000-$50,000 per year

With guidance and leadership from the Administration Manager, as well as the Accounting team, the successful candidate will be able to learn from the ground up all things related to Accounting. Once Trained, The Accounting Coordinator Will Be Responsible For

• Acting asaprimary contact for accounting related inquiries, including purchase orders and customer accountinquiries
• Research and resolve any outstanding balances onaccounts,including telephone and email communication with customers andvendors
• Perform all aspects of the accounts payable function for assigned account(s)includingmatching purchase order to invoices and entering the invoices intoPBSaccountingsoftware
• Prepare checks; including monthly pay-runs for assigned account(s)andprovideaccuratebackup documentation for allpayments
• Assistin annual year end audit by preparing assigned reports orprovidingdocumentation asdirected
• Reconcile accounts monthly i.e., Tire Tax, prepaids, sublet and various deal related accounts
• Completion of credit applications; with new vendors and for our customers looking to set up accounts with ourorganization
• Sendininsurance and warranty remittances on behalf of thecustomers
