Job DescriptionReporting to the Human Resources Manager, the main duties are:- Lead our Talent Acquisition team:
- Review team workload and allocate resources to meet our hiring targets.
- Process and workflow management and coordination;
- Team development and coaching
- Leading by example; this is a working supervisory position.
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to Talent Acquisition
- Constantly look for opportunities to improve the way our TA team operates to become a high-performing team
- Monitors TA financials to ensure we stay in line with the established budget
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables;
- Develop full-scale project plans;
- Assemble and coordinate project staff;
- Manage project budget and project resource allocation;
- Plan and schedule project timelines;
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools;
- Provide direction and support to the project team;
- Plan and assure quality assurance for project deliverables;
- Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders:
- Create and complete reports as regularly scheduled and as requested
- Present information to various stakeholders with a complete analysis.
- Project evaluations and assessment of results:
- Provide pro-active stakeholder management;
- Be visible, vocal and objective and actively drive the project team;
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information;
- Closely work together with accepted persons for implementing projects/tasks from other departments;
- Prepare product, procedure and program documentation;
- Promote best recruitment practices, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service;
- Conduct relevant junior TA team member training;
- Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
- Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working hours, and it is not considered additional work.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in the talent acquisition field or adjacent area (General HR, Learning and Development, Training);
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and coaching;
- Experience in project management;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Analytical thinking;
- Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels, and best practices;
- Personal competencies: self-driven, flexible, strong team player, continuous improvement mindset.
