Royal City Jewellers & Loans Ltd. is looking for a self-motivated sales professional who understands the importance of customer service and prioritizes delivering exceptional retail experiences to our customers. Develop your career in sales with our wide variety of sales items including fine jewellery, electronics, and musical instruments.

As Canada’s largest pawnbroker, we value diversity, integrity, quality, teamwork, and excellent service. A successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and delivering information when necessary.

Skills & Experience

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse client base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Good organization skills and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and good follow-through with tasks.
• Basic computer skills including emails.
• Previous experience in sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of fine jewellery is preferred but not required

NOTE:This is a full-time position (5 days per week) and does not require working nights or Sundays. The salary is open and will depend on the applicant’s work experience and jewellery knowledge.
