Property Manager
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Property Manager to oversee the running of our commercial and residential properties and create a safe and efficient work environment that improves business performance and optimizes staff productivity. Duties include engaging with vendors and contractors, minimizing hazards, preparing property budgets and monitoring expenditure, coordinating remodeling and refurbishment initiatives and testing equipment.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess extremely good customer service and tenant relations skills, good communication skills, excellent organizational skills, broad knowledge of construction and mechanical systems and have project management experience. The ideal candidate has knowledge of commercial real estate as well.
Responsibilities
· Oversee contractors.
· Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
· Manage security and cleaning
· Manage renovations
· Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
· Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
· Respond to emergencies
· Budgeting and estimating costs.
· Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
Property Manager Requirements:
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Project management experience.
· Multitasking abilities.
· Experience with building equipment and construction management
· Computer literacy.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Be highly organized.
· Good negotiating skills.
· Holding an RPA designation would he considered a strong asset.

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
