Location: Lethbridge Alberta Canada

We are currently looking for a part time Lead hand to support our sort in our Lethbridge branch!

Your main functions will be:

• Supervise the unloading of the truck;
• Supervise the work of a package handler team (30-35 sorters) and ensure the quality and efficiency;
• Communicate labor needs to the Service Supervisor;
• Insure the use of health and safety work methods and behavior into the team.
• Participate and assist in employee’s training.
• Monitor performance of employees.
• Ensure working environment is kept clean and organized.
• Lead by example and assist employee’s wherever they need help.
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse position would be considered an asset;
• Knowledge in computer software;
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent stress management;
• Autonomous, prevalent, ability to connect with people;
• Capacity to adapt to changes
• Have your own means of commute.
  
  

Schedule: Full time (30h/week), from Wednesday to Sunday 3:00am to 9:00am.
