Our firm is seeking a Customer Services Representative / Benefits Coordinator for one of the largest supplemental benefits companies in the Nation! We have recently expanded and continue to grow across the USA. We are in immediate need of dedicated Advisors that are coachable, highly driven and look for promotion opportunities with a career path in management.Job Duties:You’ll be working with mostly blue-collar union members. Educating them on their benefits they get while they’re working but when they leave the union also. Helping them set up the programs they need, simplifying the process for them.Our ideal candidate is a person who is flexible, adaptable and trainable. A person that is looking for a long term career fit and wants to get their foot in the door with a company to grow is important to us.You Must:

• have excellent customer relation skills and communication
• have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• be service oriented/ people person/ call center experience preferred
• be knowledgeable in Windows and thorough PC skills
