We are looking for people to start in our industry and fast track through out management training program in a very short period of time to get to the stage where they can manage and run one of the many marketing campaigns we are looking to launch in the new year.

The successful HUSTLE will have the following qualities: -

• Be able to commute to the Vancouver area on a daily basis -
• Great dealing with different kinds of people
• Previous experience in marketing is a plus
• Reliable and well organized
• Ambitious and hard working
• Loves to challenge themselves

A HUSTLE’s responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the marketing team in the organization of different projects
• Preparation and delivery of promotional presentations to new and existing customers.
• Contribute to the Customer Service team effort by working fluidly with other coworkers
• Manage, interview, train and develop new hires
• Manage and oversee the business operations
• BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field is an advantage
• Reading legal documents for clients and negotiating contracts
• Working with the admin team and mentor them
