Main Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, code and process all documents justifying a payment from MDF and its subsidiaries;
• Issue various payments to suppliers;
• Maintain the various files related to the suppliers;
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers;
• Receive, verify, process and ensure reimbursement of employees’ expense accounts and validate supporting documents;
• Prepare brief reports on the follow-up of accounts payable;
• Follows up on purchase orders (POs) and approval and reconciliations to invoices, as required;
• Prepare monthly accrual entries;
• Redistribute expenses to the various subsidiaries;
• Make bank transfers as needed;
• Participate in continuous improvement projects;
• All other related tasks.

• Organizational Skills;
• Meticulous and precise in his work, attention to detail;
• Courteous;
• Able to work under pressure with deadlines;
• Good experience with multi-company and multi-currency environment;
• Very good oral and written communication skills in French and English;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of Microsoft DYNAMICS 365 (an asset).
  

Qualifications

• DEC in accounting and management or any other relevant training.
