Intake Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join as a hybrid Intake Coordinatorworking in the Litigation Department based in Calgary. Your role will include but are not limited to the following:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from potential clients.
  • Evaluate potential client cases to determine if they meet our firm’s case criteria.
  • Ensure that client information is properly documented.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Background in sales and/or customer service.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task, learn fast, and work in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment..
  • Detail oriented.
  • A people person with a friendly and compassionate attitude.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to quickly develop a rapport with potential clients over the telephone or in person.
  • General computer and typing skills.
