Job Summary

Job Description:

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. You might utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
  

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Warehouse experience - Preferred
  

Shift

• Monday to Friday - 5 days a week
• 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (approx.)
• Flexibility with start and finish times required – when we are busy hours will vary.
  

Compensation

• $15.00 per hour to start
• Guaranteed wage progression per Union Teamsters Collective Agreement
• Top rate $28.71 per after after seniority plus 48 months of service
