- Responsible for daily office administration duties and procedures.
- Responsible for data entry of Client intake and Registration Information and Forms
- Provide general office assistance (word processing, filing, mailings, etc.).
- Complete daily assigned special projects including reports, phone calling, and others.
- Respond to, and follow, all office support procedures.
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Diploma, Degree in business administration preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $35,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
