What will your role be?

In this project, y ou will be supporting the strategic buyer in the contractual definition and implementation of the product change decided program.

Your main responsibilities will be :

▪ Collect inputs needed to secure the commercial agreement for PCR (Program Change Request) raised by the Program.

▪ Challenge these inputs to minimize the cost exposure and supporting the buyers to consolidate inputs in front of Suppliers

▪ Prepare the PCR bundle files with cost optimization opportunities created by the bundle.

▪ Support the buyers by creating the PCI (Program Change Instruction) ready for signature by the company and Supplier, and reflect the commercial, schedule and technical agreement including retrofit.

▪ Secure compliance with Procurement Procedures.

What qualifications are we looking for? You have:

▪ Experience in procurement.

▪ Experience in working in a multi-functional environment, with internal & external stakeholders.

▪ Experience in stakeholder management and influencing internal customers.

▪ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

▪ Commercial / Contract / Finance knowledge is desirable.

▪ Experience in aerospace.

▪ Negotiation level inFrench and English, other languages would be an asset.
