Proposal Coordinator
Our company is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for organizing and paperwork to join our team as a Proposal Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the creation of all initial proposals related to our client contracts and responding to any questions from the Sales team. The successful candidate must be highly organized, professional and detail-oriented, and should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings with clients.
• Arrange travel arrangements.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients.
• Prepare presentations for conferences and seminars.
• Prepare financial reports.
• Participate in ensuring that all company policies are met during work projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

• Commission pay
