Pacific Honda has an opening for a full time Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Located in the North Shore Automall, we are looking for a rounded, great communicator who is focused, organized, detailed and computer savvy to join our team to fulfill a Reception & Administrative Support role.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Answering phone calls and handling general customer inquiries.
  • Receiving payments, processing invoices, cash balancing & document filing.
  • Data entry/processing of accounting files for various departments.
  • Processing accounts payable invoices & reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Maintaining our product advertising online listings.
  • Assisting with reporting, data collection & analysis, flow charts and data cleansing.
  • Sending follow up email and letters to clients.
  • Replying to customer reviews.
  • Posting social media & website content.
  • Additional duties as required.

What you should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written grammar skills (must be highly proficient in English).
  • Excellent Client Service skills with a clear, confident & pleasant telephone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable with multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Detail focused, ability to prioritize and adherence to deadlines.
  • Business Administration, Marketing and/or Communications training an asset.
