Due to the overwhelming demand for our services, Torus is seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Jr. Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Enters and edits information for jobs created in the applicant tracking system
  • Uploads candidate profiles into the Torus database
  • Generates and manages job postings on internal and external sourcing platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness of posting
  • Schedules meetings for candidates with recruiters and clients.
  • Coordinates interview logistics between candidates, recruiters, and clients to efficiently pair talent with open positions
  • Conducts candidate reference checks
  • Manages social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives
  • Support the accounting team with expense reporting, and other tasks as needed
  • Support management with tasks related to the new hire onboarding process
  • Coordinate group benefits for new hires as needed
  • Act as a champion for creating a positive and safe work culture
  • Additional administrative tasks, as directed by the manager

Ideal Candidate Requirements

  • High-school Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a customer service or administrative position
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and personal communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Takes ownership and initiative with assigned tasks
  • Technologically savvy and an interest in learning about databases and IT
  • Highly organized and maintains a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization
