Summary

As a Windshield Site Manager with DECO Windshield Repair, you’ll be responsible for all

service, communication, conflict resolution and invoicing of new and current clients. The

With continuous training from your designated Regional Manager, you will gain a skill set

• Relate to and communicate with all people from all walks of life (over 1,000 customer interactions).
  

Sales

• Generate $50,000 - $70,000 in personal sales
• Objection handling
  

Independence

• Manage and brand your own personal kiosk

guaranteed base wage plus a competitive commission on all generated sales. Your ability to

learn, develop and execute the skills we teach you will have a direct impact on your

• Must be a driven, motivated, and independent individual who is willing to learn and grow themselves professionally
