Traffic Control Person (TCP) / Flagger – Prince George, BC

We currently have openings for TCP’s in the Prince George area to join our team! We are in search of Traffic Control Persons who possess the following attributes:

Requirements:

· You hold a current BCCSA TCP Certification

· You hold a valid driver’s license and are able to transport yourself to and from the jobsite (no exceptions)

· You are familiar with, and have a sound knowledge of the latest edition of the Traffic Management Manual (TMM) for work on roadways

· The ability to stand for long periods of time (8-12 hrs on average)

· The ability to travel across BC for work assignments (mandatory)

· The ability to work weekends and evenings if required

· The ability to Produce accurate & timely reporting included but not limited to Field Level Risk Assessments

· The ability to lift 30 – 50LBS

· A cell phone with texting abilities

· You will be required to provide your own WCB approved TCP safety work wear ie: shirts, pants, including CSA approved 6” upper steel-toed/composite boots.

· You MUST be legally able to work in Canada

The Location:Perimeter Traffic Control is based in Cranbrook, Vernon & Prince George, serving the beautiful, scenic province of British Columbia. We are currently hiring for our Vernon, Cranbrook & Prince George locations for work across the BC Interior & Kootenay Region.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
