Duties for the Thirsty Lion General Manager will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, supervising, and motivating our team, ensuring good customer service, engaging with vendors, hiring employees, and identifying business opportunities.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting, and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities.

Thirsty Lion General Manager Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily business operations.

• Contributing to the development of tasty new menu items.

• Developing and implementing great new pub Promotions and Special Events.

• Training new team members.

• Improving revenue.

• Hiring great people.

• Evaluating performance and productivity of the Thirsty Lion team.

• Find new products, beverages & flavours.

Thirsty Lion Leadership qualities:

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of supervising experience in the hospitality industry

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
