The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities is to proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies within their client group with qualified employees using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and determine position requirements (Title, Job Descriptions)
  • Post & Broadcast positions on different platforms, social media and professional networks (ATS, Career Page, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Sourcing, screening qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Conducting interviews and responsible for recruitment full cycle on specific roles
  • Responsible for Background checks and references when required
  • Promote our employer brand (Social Media) and attending various recruiting events (Job Fairs, Career Blitz, School events, etc.)
  • Maintain candidate pipeline in database (internal tracking and ATS-Dayforce)
  • Becoming Dayforce Super User (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Coordination of interviews with candidates and Hiring Mangers
  • Responsible for creation of offer letters and contracts when required
  • Ensuring Onboarding Dayforce forms activation
  • Ensuring new forms (tax) updates in system (annual verification)
Required Qualifications
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a Recruiter role
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms)
  • Detail oriented; high sense of organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite software’s with advanced skills recognized on Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, in French and English (a must)
