MCL Power Inc. is adding to our team! We are currently seeking Starters and Electrical Apprentices with commercial and residential electrical experience for various projects around the Edmonton area. Please note there is no camp or travel allowance provided.

A little bit about you:

• Currently an indentured apprentice in good standing with AIT or interested in becoming one.
• Local to the Edmonton area or able to reliably commute every day.
• Knowledge of the principles of electricity, circuitry, and power distribution systems is an asset.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to conduct work while standing, bending, crawling, lifting, climbing, pulling, and reaching.
• Ability to conduct work in confined spaces, on ladders and/or aerial platforms, and comfortable working from heights.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Possess high attention to detail, can work productively, takes pride in your workmanship, and perform tasks correctly.

Safety Requirements

• Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09) Certification and WHMIS 2015 Certification are required.
• Fall Protection and Elevated Work Platform is an asset.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.25-$30.38 per hour
