Tim’s is leveraging this relationship we have with our guests to extend our value to them by providing highly personalized and curated advertising-based offers as part of our guest experience. To help us with these endeavors, we are looking for a high-energy candidate, excited to build new digital initiatives and innovations for both our restaurants and guests. We’re quickly expanding the team and need a Senior Manager, Salesin our Toronto office.

What you’ll do:

  • Meet and consult periodically with advertising partners to understand priorities, ensure campaigns are running properly, hit objectives, and share updates
  • Maintain client satisfaction with advertising partners by ensuring their campaigns meet their objectives
  • Collaborate with media planners at advertising partners to align their priorities with the media capabilities offered by Tim’s
  • Identify upsell opportunities with advertising partners based on their needs
  • Communicate value proposition to inspire advertising partners to pursue new product offerings
  • Help develop processes to provide superior advertising partner support and escalate feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Monitor campaign performance and trends to find actionable insights

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years in a media sales role with track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Proven experiences selling to, and creating profitable relationships with, leading Canadian brands and / or media agencies
  • A working technical knowledge of digital advertising, media and/or publishing sales with an excitement to learn how to produce meaningful insights, counsel and plan around our advertising partners’ business objectives
  • History of executing successful collaborations across internal and external teams, with the purpose of achieving either advertising partner or internal business goals
  • Critical thinking skills with an ability to tackle unique projects with a positive and problem-solving mindset
  • Fast learner with ability to establish relationships quickly and manage projects under pressure
