Our expectations

In a dynamic environment involving several major projects under the direction of the Project Lead, Store Layout, the specialist will be responsible for planning, printing, delivering, and installing permanent signage for all Lowes Canada banners. They will work in close collaboration with the departments that require signage expertise to deliver high-quality projects in store.

Your role

• Take briefings for each project under your responsibility.
• Establish budgets and present them to the concerned teams to get budget approvals.
• Prepare briefings for external graphic design teams when required.
• Follow up on graphic production and get approvals.
• Develop and maintain distribution lists.
• Prepare execution guides for stores.
• Support and advise internal teams by recommending the best materials and installation solutions.
• Work with suppliers to improve methods and create innovative signage at better cost.
• Review and update signage standards.Support stores in the execution of campaigns or for any questions related to permanent signage.
  

Requirements

The qualifications we are looking for

• At least five years of relevant experience in a store environment
• Good knowledge of printing (large format signage)
• Experience producing major signage campaigns
• Bilingualism (must have)
• Experience in retail (an asset)
• Ability to work alone and in a team
• Good organization skills
• Good stress management
• Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft software
• Knowledge of the Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (an asset)
