Solutions Architect

Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partners with Sales teams to appropriately manage all technical aspects of our customers programs.
  • Serves as the assigned technical resource on accounts, managing the technical aspects of the account including but not limited to: Life Cycle management, BOM management, customer product roadmaps, regular business reviews
  • Stays current on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements, stays abreast of the latest technology trends in order to develop solutions for new and existing customers
  • Tracks activity using established CRM tool – Salesforce – including but not limited to customer relationship management, sales activity, pre-production, production, and post-production activities
  • Identifies and leverages resources in order to satisfy the technical needs and objectives of the customer.
  • Works closely with the project team to define project deliverables and schedules.
  • Participates in training to maintain knowledge of industry standards, new technologies, and current trends.
  • Develops and articulates solutions based on the customer’s strategic business or technical requirements
  • Serves as backup to other Solutions Architects and Systems Engineers, as needed
  • This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow
What Are We Looking For?

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in key alliance partnerships – Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Advantech etc.
  • Uses internal business tools to support engineering change control process, work order review and management and other internal processes
  • Works independently; requires minimal guidance
  • Obtains certifications through Alliance partners and relevant key technologies

Experience / Education

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$37.55 - $66.70

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
