We are an integrated manufacturer and marketer of corrugated cartons and sheets, printed paper wraps and wallboard tape. We have built a strong and loyal customer base by developing and nurturing strategic partnership style relationships. We are the premiere corrugated packaging company in Western Canada. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Richmond, BC, works seamlessly with our sales offices and distribution centers in Kelowna, Calgary and Edmonton to provide outstanding products and services to over 900 customers throughout the region.

We currently have an opening for a Part-Time Shipping Coordinator based out of our location in Richmond, BC, and will report to the Logistics Manager.
Duties include:
  • Coordinating efforts between Warehouse and all other departments to ensure the proper documentation, reporting and processing of all inventory receipt payments occurs in a timely manner.
  • Administrative duties associated with the role include warehouse receiving and shipping, processing paperwork, data entry and inventory cycle counts/confirmations.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with employees and drivers, helping to ensure customer shipments are on track.
  • Other duties as required.
Requirements for the role:
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task.
  • The ability to work well on a team or independently.
  • Be able to work around mobile equipment/tractor trailers.
  • Dependable and reliable.
  • Experience working with Outlook and excel.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience in cross boarder shipping, full-truckload as well as less-than-truckload is an asset.
