In Your Role, You Will

• Supervise, coordinate and provide support to a team of 2 analysts and 1 intern.
• Guide financial analysts under your responsibility to target opportunities for process improvement.
• Participate in the development and revision of:
• Detailed analyses of Sales Marketing & Administration accounts.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Journal entries;
• Quarterly supplementary information reports;
• Contribute to the five-year strategic plan, annual budget and periodic forecast process
• Support our business partners and answer various questions on Financial Statements, Budget and Forecast;
• Work closely with the different Finance teams, auditors and our Shared Service Center;
• Participate in the development and implementation of various projects;
• Support ad hoc requests.

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a professional designation CPA or in process of obtaining it.
• You have between five (5) to seven (7) years of experience.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• You have knowledge of HFM (Oracle) consolidation software and/or SAP would be considered an asset.
• You have excellent analytic skills, you are a team player, you demonstrate innovation, perseverance and engagement.
• You can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral.
