What you’ll do:
  • Partner and collaborate with Account Executives to develop and on- board new clients
  • Identify and submit opportunity registrations when applicable along with noting potential rebates provided by Vendor Management and Account Executive and submitting claims as required
  • Source product from manufacturers and distributors while obtaining current lead times and availability
  • Prepare quotes and process sales orders according to company guidelines
  • Assist in the coordination of logistical requests and work with service providers to fulfill client requests
  • Initiate and oversee all product returns within assigned territory

What you need to succeed:

Must-have:
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support position
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, peers, and coworkers
  • Fluency written and verbal communications in both English and French

Nice-to-have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or College diploma
  • Experience in Salesforce or other sales support roles
