WHAT’S THE JOB?
Join our team!

As a Sales Representative,reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage key account relationships and develop new ones within Ontario’s market. In this role, you will be responsible for executing on a strategy to maintain Trescal’s current market share while expanding the reach into the market, including existing and new industries that we cover. This role requires the availability to travel regularly to various locations throughout Ontario when required.

You will also be the team-leader for the employees of the Brampton Branch.

Your work will include:

  • Act as a team leader at our Brampton facility
  • Be the go-to person for our technicians & clerks
  • Seek and follow up on various sales leads and process tenders.
  • Meet with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain healthy and prosperous client relationships.
  • Follow up on all quotations sent within a specified time frame.
  • Successfully collaborate with operations and marketing to build execution plans to deliver on strategy.
  • Keep informed of market trends and regulatory changes to allow Trescal Canada to properly respond to economic, technological, and industry changes.
  • Monitor and report competitor and industry data.
  • Be perpetually engaged in the development and enhancement of the selling process by identifying opportunities, understanding buyer motivation, identifying competitive strengths/weaknesses, dealing with buyer objections.
  • Represent, promote, and develop strategic relationships for Trescal with clients, governmental and regulatory decision makers.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
  • Previous sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Aerospace industry is an asset.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be flexible to travel.
  • Must have strong leadership
  • Previous team leading experience is an asset
