Sales Responsibilities

• Focus will be on creating and executing a targeted phone calling sales campaign to advertise products.
• Answers inbound product and service questions from various channels (emails, phone calls, social media etc)
• Regularly follows up with customers regarding estimates.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and estimate/quote reports.
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns and product samples
• Potential to visit with current and prospective customers and attend industry trade shows.
• Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth.

Admin Responsibilities

• Entering orders, payments through Netsuite and Quickbooks
• Manage the Boundless Print social media accounts. Answer inquiries and prospect through Facebook & Instagram
• General administration of the Boundless Print website (i.e. updating products, registering users etc.)
• Manage and grow our email marketing database. Create various flyers/digital marketing pieces to distribute to clients.

Qualifications

• College or University degree
• 3-5 years in a professional office setting
• Very strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Especially Excel.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience in the print/promotional product industry an asset
• Experience with phone calling campaigns and sales an asset
