About the role:

Our RV Outfitters do just that – outfit our customers with the RV they need to enjoy the great outdoors. If you have stellar customer service skills and are looking to gain experience in a new industry, this might be the career for you. You bring a positive attitude and exceptional hospitality and we’ll provide you with the support, tools, and training you’ll need to help get people camping!

Do you have a passion for the outdoors, camping, or RVing? Are you persuasive, driven, and looking for a challenge? We’re looking for an RV Outfitter to join our Medicine Hat team. As an RV Outfitter, you’ll be responsible for building rapport with customers, evaluating their needs, providing product recommendations, and following up to ensure they’re satisfied with their experience.

The selected candidate must be available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays but not Sundays!

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively follow successful sales processes that ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience
• Successfully maintain and enhance ongoing customer relationships through timely follow-up
• Assist customers with insurance arrangements, manufacturer’s warranty, and parts and service details
• Continually learn and apply new sales skills, strategies, and techniques
• Prepare paperwork for all unit deliveries

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Goal-oriented and achievement-driven
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Above average communication skills
• Comfortable new software, MS Office and Social Media
