Seeking a residential real estate appraiser to complete appraisals in the Thompson area. Prefer an AIC designated appraiser however Candidate members or DAR’s would also be considered. This is an independent contractor role.

Qualifications:
Member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada or another designated residential appraisal body within Canada.

Job Type: Casual

Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thompson, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Appraisal: 1 year (required)

Work Location: In person
