Responsibilities:

• Help contribute to making a positive impact on children and their development.
• Work with children between the ages of infancy to 12 years old.
• Will plan, organize, and implement programs.
• Help lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth, and ensure their security and well-being.

Early Childhood Educator Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable working with most age groups (Infant through School Age).
• Have a minimum of Six Months of childcare experience in a childcare centre.
• Early Childhood Educator Diploma
• In good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
  

Early Childhood Assistant Qualifications:

• Must be comfortable working with most age groups (Infant through School Age).
• Have a minimum of six months of childcare experience in a childcare centre.
  

** Must be available to work a minimum of nine shifts per month.**

Documents required once hired:

• a current and valid Standard First Aid and CPR (Level C).
• Ministry required immunizations
• Clear Police Vulnerable Screen Check (VSC)
