Centrally located professional Real Estate Office in Mississauga looking for a PART TIME Real Estate Front Desk Receptionist with exceptional customer service, excellent telephone manner. Real Estate experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Booking/Confirming Appointments through Broker Bay, paging agents with details
  • Answer, Screen and forward telephone calls in an efficient and professional manner
  • Broker Load listings and make changes on the Toronto MLS and MREB ITSO MLS
  • Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents using our Dotloop System
  • Greeting internal and external clients in a positive manner
  • Proficient with Basic Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail/courier deliveries
  • Maintain overall appearance of reception, board rooms and agent stations
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of office at all times
  • Offers – preparation of offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/documents

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Experience is an Asset
  • Experience using Broker Bay an Asset
  • Administrative, reception and customer service. Knowledge of real estate software and Microsoft.
  • Strong command of both written and verbal communication
  • Superior customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • A team player who can work independently.

Schedule: Saturdays 9:00 - 3:00 pm

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
  • Real Estate Front Desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
