REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR - FULL TIME ONE YEAR CONTRACT

REAL ESTATE ADMIN EXPERIENCE IN A BROKERAGE OR A TEAM IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST

$55,000-60K salary based on experience.

The storefront office is located on Jane Street, walking distance to the Jane subway station.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrator to join our team in Toronto’s West End. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our real estate agents, clients and deal processing department all while ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time one year contract, in-person role located at our office at 355 Jane St.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a real estate assistant administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Toronto real estate market

Proficiency

BrokerBay, TRREB Realm, Realtorlink.com, WebForms, Docusign, Google Workspace, MS Office, Instagram, FB, Mailchimp & Canva

Responsibilities

  • Broker Loading listings: Input new MLS listings, process listing documents, upload photos, enter listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay
  • Administrative Support to agents: Assist team members with scheduling listing related trades, administrative tasks such as setting up listing folders in Google, preparing & processing documents, and managing calendars.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries.
  • Listing Management: Stay on top of teams’ listings by ensuring proper forms are completed in a timely manner and online platforms represent current information.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure the office operates efficiently.
  • Content Management: Create social media content using existing templates and post / create ads for our social channels.
  • Update team website efficiently and accurately and maintain client databases.
  • Prepare marketing brochures and magazine ads (with templates).
  • Deal Processing: Track pre-closing tasks to ensure deals close smoothly.
