What is the job?

• An experienced technician, familiar with performing failure analysis and repair on all types of construction equipment.
• Extensive background and knowledge of construction equipment, building products, and the necessary parts and services to maintain and repair both.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Existing knowledge of the service/maintenance requirements for all types of construction equipment.
• Ability to work independently, skilled in time management and organization.
• Familiarity of the region, and the ability to maneuver efficiently and effectively within all traffic situations.
• Adaptable to on-call work schedules and willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Willing to work flexible shifts to meet the demands of the business, including afternoon shifts.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with computer systems (work orders, client tracking systems)

• Hydraulic experience, Ariel experience and diesel experience
• customer-centric and positive attitude; good communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational Skills
• accurate, methodical, and detailed approach to testing and repair.
• Must be organized, diligent and detail oriented.
• Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment with hard deadlines and client demands.
• A valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract is mandatory.
• Willingness to be on rotational on-call bases.
