Mission

We’re looking for a project coordinator eager to put their skills to work on our clients’ multidisciplinary projects and ensure their success. The successful candidate will manage projects of all kinds in a variety of fields, including the construction, renovation, and expansion of institutional, public, and private buildings. This person will also be involved in industrial projects and a few occasional and very occasional trips in Quebec City and its immediate surroundings. Primary responsibilities

  • Support clients in the execution of their construction projects
  • Perform all tasks related to project management, including:
    • Define the project plan
    • Prepare cost baseline and budget tracking
    • Define and update master schedule
    • Develop project-specific performance indicators
    • Coordinate the work of professionals assigned to the project
    • Support stakeholders in the search for solutions to ensure sound management and completion of the project, according to the delivery method agreed upon in the contract
    • Plan and lead coordination and follow-up meetings
  • Participate in preliminary design studies
  • Liaise with project managers to resolve issues that may affect profitability, schedules, on-time delivery, suppliers, etc
  • Participate in operational or strategic activities related to the management and smooth running of the project

Profile

  • College diploma in engineering or architecture or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in project management or public works coordination
  • Experience and excellent knowledge of the construction, building or industrial sector
  • Leadership, resourcefulness, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, project management and coordination
  • Driver’s license valid for occasional on-site and short-term trips to Quebec City and its surroundings
