Purpose:


At Vitrum Glass we are looking for an energetic and passionate Project Administrator to assist our Projects team on a daily basis. This position helps our experienced Project Coordinators by assisting with order entry into our ERP system and supporting with customer calls on a daily basis. This is an entry level position into the Projects field and the successful candidate has the potential to grow within the company.


Essential responsibilities:


  • Collects information from team members and customer to enter data into our ERP system.
  • Provides exceptional customer service when speaking with customers.
  • Schedules the release of orders to meet customer requirements
  • Ensures all details of the customer requirements are accurately recorded on orders
  • Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions to ensure project specific information is readily available
  • Tracks and reports on project milestones ensuring deliverables are completed and meet project requirements
  • Prepares detailed analysis or review of aspects of the project as required
  • Coordinates with various internal teams (shipping, scheduling, production, purchasing)


Qualifications:


  • Experienced in computer and data entry skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capable of identifying issues and generating solutions in moderately complex situations
  • Willingness to contribute actively in team discussions, sharing experiences and ideas
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills (prioritizing, time management, record keeping, follow up etc.)
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace new technologies and systems, yet capable of following existing procedures
  • Demonstrated problem solving and sound judgment
  • Fenestration experience is an asset as is experience with Fenevision ERP
  • Strong technical skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
