Production Supervisor

工作内容

We are looking for an experience leader to take charge of a growing dynamic production team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production schedules and the assignment of priorities
• Support and participate in the launch of production lines
• Support and participate to technical investigation and corrective action implementation.
• Support the production team on the daily and long term activities.
• Revise or write technical SOP.
• Lead or participate in the implementation of production project.
• Ensure with guidance from his or her supervisor, impartial and fair application of administrative rules on matters such as job evaluation and classification, pay progression, promotion, overtime, attendance etc.
• Ensure effectives co-operation between individuals and departments and encourage team work
  
  

Requirements:

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Relevant Experience.

Previous experience managing a team of 10 employees

Familiar with GMP regulations

Bachelor degree in Eng. Or Science, equivalency to B.Sc. in Science or Eng À propos d’Aerotek:
