Must Haves

- Has 5-10 years’ of experience with Product Management, being able to understand the full product lifecycle

- Has 2-3 years’ of experience specifically in the battery sector focusing on lithium batteries specific to vehicles with 12v and 48v

- Has previous experience with power conversion products for mobile vehicle – RVs, Boats, Transport trucks

- Previous experience working with offshore manufactures and understanding client needs and changes/upgrades to pre-existing products

- Strong communication skills both written and verbally

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager to sit on site with a medium level Power Converter company in Burnaby, BC. This person will be responsible for understanding client needs and gathering requirements on how to improve overall products and create new products for mobile vehicles which included RVs, transportation trucks, boats etc. This person will be overseeing the full cycle of the product from the time of gathering the requirements with the clients, the development lifecycle and the bringing the product to the market. It is important that the ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills and is highly organized as they will be dealing with vendors from overseas.
