• As a successful candidate your starting rate of pay will be $21.65 per hour

We have a full time opportunity on our Payroll Team at our Saint John, NB Corporate Office.We welcome you to a role that offers the opportunity to work with an established team who are committed to your success and delivery of our Count on Me service promise. Currently due to the Pandemic our teams are working from home with company provided computer equipment.

As a Payroll Coordinator you will be committed to the integrity of the payroll process, ensuring that the practice of collection, calculation, processing and distribution of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Canada, Inc. payrolls are accomplished efficiently and effectively. Your Count on Me service will assist our team members, management team, corporate partners, and outside government agencies with their inquiries and requests for reports, verification, and analysis of team member information. You will work to uphold our policies, principles, and legislated compliance requirements.

Reporting to the Payroll Manageryou will be empowered to demonstrate your proven one to two year work related payroll experience and apply your working knowledge of ADP. Applying your one year of post-secondary education in the fields of Finance, Accounting or Business, advanced computer skills and proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy will enhance your success in an energetic and rewarding environment.
