Responsibilities

• Responsible for ordering new parts
• Organize the inventory software and ensure it matches the floor
• Relations with suppliers and ordering new parts from suppliers
• Issuing returns when necessary
• Coordination with the fleet manager and mechanic manager to be up to date on daily tasks
• Maintain inventory (update in software)
• Other related tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inventory or parts related industry
• Preferred profiles from NAPA, Canada Tire, Trucking Rental, Garages, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
