You will be responsible for managing 10 agents and guiding them to make and close deals. You will receive bonuses based on the amount of deals your team closes.

Job description.

Managing and leading a team of mortgage agents.

Conducting client interviews: Mortgage agents are responsible for interviewing clients to understand their financial needs and goals. They need to have good communication skills to explain the different types of mortgage products and help clients select the best option.

Gathering documentation: Mortgage agents need to collect all necessary documentation, such as tax returns, pay stubs, and credit reports, to verify clients’ financial information and present it to lenders.

Researching mortgage products: Mortgage agents must stay up-to-date with current mortgage rates and terms from different lenders. They must compare and analyze various products to find the best fit for each client.

Presenting loan options: Based on the client’s financial profile and goals, the mortgage agent presents loan options to clients. They must explain the different terms and features of each loan product and help clients understand the costs and fees associated with each option.

Negotiating loan terms: Mortgage agents must negotiate the best possible terms and conditions with the lender on behalf of the client. This may include interest rates, loan amount, and other fees associated with the mortgage.

Closing the deal: Once the mortgage is approved, the mortgage agent is responsible for preparing and reviewing all necessary documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, and guiding clients through the closing process.

Building and maintaining relationships: Mortgage agents need to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other professionals in the industry to generate new business and referrals.

Overall, a successful mortgage agent must have excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, be knowledgeable about the mortgage industry, and have a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: $50,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
